Meeting May 14, 2008

Call to order –6:37 p.m. by President Jeanne Lawrence

1.  Prayer – Charlie

2.  Roll call – Present:  Jack Altenburger, Fr. Phil Feltman, Ron Guerra, Fr. Chris Kardzis, Pete Kowalski, Holly Kromer, Jeanne Lawrence, Steve May, Charlie Murray, Fr. Marty Nassr, and Sister Mary Jon Wagner – all present.  Fr. Marty introduced Nathan Bockrath, the seminarian assigned to Sts. Peter and Paul Church for the next couple months.

    A.  Ohio High School Athletic Association Form – procedure/signature

B. Results Board member nominating committee

• Candidates are:  Ron Guerra, Eric Dudenhoefer, and Tim Walsh
• Weekend of June 14-15, parishioners will vote on the new Board member

    C.  Financial Report

• Copy on file in the office of the Superintendent

      D.  In-house Development team audit

• Copy on file in the office of the Superintendent

      A.  Superintendent Search Committee update

• 100 year Anniversary of Diocese coming up

• New boys’ basketball head coach– Lyle Falknor

• $20,000 to hold together the annex building
• Most cost effective way to solve the problem

• Working on speakers for the 2008-09 school year
