The Sandusky Central Catholic School Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Eric Dudenhoefer to a 3-year term, beginning in the 2008-9 school year. The parishioners of Holy Angels, Sts. Peter & Paul and St. Mary’s elected Dr. Dudenhoefer at the weekend Masses on June 14th and 15th. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN THIS YEAR’S ELECTION.
Additionally, the Board of Directors is pleased to welcome back Mrs. Holly Kromer, who accepted re-appointment to a 3-year term by Fr. Chris Kardzis.

The Board of Directors and the entire SCCS community thank Mr. Ron Guerra for his commitment and dedication to Catholic school education in Sandusky through his service on the Board, 2005 through 2008. Mr. Guerra continues to share God’s gifts with our school through his leadership roles in several very important planning processes including the Master Facilities Plan. Thank you, Ron!
The Board also thanks Mr. Tim Walsh for his continued commitment to the SCCS community. In addition to his support of the Board of Directors, Mr. Walsh is a valuable and active member of the SCCS Development Committee and the Panther Community Network (PCN). Thanks Tim!
Sandusky Central Catholic School
Seeks Superintendent:
Sandusky Central Catholic School, a Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 12 school is seeking a faith-filled, charismatic, goal-oriented visionary person for the position of Superintendent.
Sandusky Central Catholic School is comprised of a three-parish pre-school, elementary school, and high school ministering to 800 students in a six year old unified model. The successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic, having attained an MA in education administration, possess experience in multiple levels of education including elementary and high school, and hold an Ohio certification or equivalent.

Registration process is taking place. Registration fee is $150 per student. Registration closes on May 2nd. Please return your registration materials and the FACTS tuition assistance forms if you are going to apply. Any questions, please contact the Finance Office at 419-626-1892.
Two major fundraisers, Fall Catalog and Easter Candy are every family's responsibility. These profit dollars are in the current budget and is a direct tuition reduction. Please close your account. We all have to help!

Please join us at St. Mary Church’s 11:30 a.m. Mass for Father Doug Garand’s Farewell Mass on June 29, 2008. Fr. Doug has been the Chaplain at St. Mary Central Catholic High School for the past four years.
Congratulations to our high school and 8th grade graduates!
Our first day of school for the 2008-2009 School Year is Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
A reminder that the grades from the fourth nine week’s grading period are used to determine eligibility for our fall sports programs.
Dr. Schmiesing will be in the school office most days from 8:00 through 3:00. Please call 419-626-1892 ext. 222, or stop in school if you have any questions or need assistance.
